Straight from the nutrient-rich soil comes the elegantly understated mushroom. Sautéed and generous, these mushrooms don’t like to brag, but you can’t help but notice that they have not one, but two cheeses to their name—creamy Monterey Jack and refined Asiago, luxuriating over penne cooked to perfection.
