We start with gluten-free lasagna pasta made from our favorite family recipe. Next comes our rich gourmet marinara sauce perfectly seasoned with garlic and herbs, and layered with a delicious combination of ricotta and parmesan cheeses. Then we add spinach, carrots, broccoli and savory mushrooms. Finally, we repeat each layer and top it all off with melted mozzarella cheese, for layer upon layer of cheesy, gluten-free goodness.
